ON SEPTEMBER 9, 2011, I BROUGHT HOME EBONY (NOW EBBIE). SHE WAS AT APLH FOR A YEAR BEFORE SHE CAME TO LIVE WITH ME. ABSOLUTELY A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. KATRINA WAS AWESOME IN HOW SHE DEALT WITH ME AND MY FAMILY. SHE WAS VERY THOROUGH WITH INVESTIGATING EBBIE'S NEW HOME. HORSES AREN'T JUST PLACED ANYWHERE. ANY QUESTION I NEEDED ANSWERED SHE TOOK CARE OF. THE FARM WITH IT'S BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE LAKE AND PASTURES FILLED WITH VERY LUCKY ANIMALS THAT WHERE GIVEN A SECOND CHANCE. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE THE AMOUNT OF TIME, ENERGY, AND MONEY OUT OF POCKET THAT GOES INTO AN OPERATION, SUCH AS ADOPT A PRELOVED HORSE. SAFE HAVENS FOR ANIMALS THAT DON'T HAVE A SAY. It's amazing how much hard work you to do for these horses! After seeing how much you give and provide to these horses I realize how much more I can do. You inspire people to give more.
